1795 Let. Edge Half Cent PCGS VF25 (CAC)

1795 Let. Edge Half Cent PCGS VF25 (CAC)

The amount of detail on this 1795 Half Cent is phenomenal for a VF designation. A splendid medium brown overall color is visible with deeper tones that line the portrait making the detail stand out. This design by Robert Scot ran from 1794 to 1797, with Liberty facing right, and is the lowest face value of a coin struck by the United States. A very handsome 216 year old coin.
