A fabulous coin with lustrous original surfaces and the fields are completely void of marks. This is the first year of the Seated Liberty design without the 13 stars on the obverse. The “Large Date” variety and although the difference in the dates size are miniscule the difference has more to do with the small date being straight across while the Large date variety is more curved. This is a coin you must see in hand to truly appreciate. Tied for the finest known.
