1897 Barber Quarter PCGS PR66CAM (CAC)

Charles Barber made changes to the head of the Morgan Dollar, concealing the hair in a cap with a laurel wreath surrounding for the obverse design and the reverse was similar to Robert Scot’s Seal of the United States to make this design that was used from 1892 to 1916. This example is a testament to the fine workmanship of the mint. The technical quality on this coin and paired with the gorgeous golden honey and blue hues that are seen on both sides, places this coins above the other 9 examples to receive this grade and is a definite contender against the few coins to receive that coveted PR67 Cameo grade.
